Preparing Your Shipments

- Please ensure that you leave your package open for inspection at the EMS/Speedpost counter before sealing.

- Ensure that you enter complete address of the sender and addressee (including Telephone/Fax numbers) in clear and legible handwriting.

- Ensure that you declare the content(s) of the package in the relevant column of the item label receipt.

- For parcels/merchandise, ensure that you complete the customs declaration form which will show the precise contents and value of your goods.

- For all shipments, ensure that you sign and date the item label after making sure that all relevant columns have been duly completed.

- The sender must ensure that he/she receives the customer's copy of the item label (receipt) which acts as the proof of postage.

- Ensure that you enclose invoice for all merchandise items.
